To ensure the appointment you need is available, we suggest you book it in advance. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please allow for a 24 hour notice. If full notice is not provided, (this includes late arrivals 15 minutes or more) we have the right to charge a half the fee of your reserved service. If the problem persists, we have the right to charge for the full amount of your service.
For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa/Master and Discover Cards, and debit cards to pay for your service. Gratuities are not included, but are always appreciated in cash or Venmo.
We guarantee you will be satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, please let us know within a week, and we will correct it to your satisfaction.
Gift Certificates can be ordered by phone, or in person. They can be picked-up, or mailed to you or your special person. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of the service, and are on-refundable. We are sorry, but we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
