Heidi Marshall has had her share of bad haircuts. So much so, that she’s literally cried on her way out of the hair salon because she had such a bad experience.

With Salon Cartier however, she had the exact opposite experience! She said she had to literally stop herself from laughing and skipping in the parking lot after getting her hair cut from Robin Cartier, owner of Salon Cartier.
